Painterly is just my go-to when it comes to eyeshadow primers. It helps to stop my eyeshadows creasing and is one of the few products that can do that so thats an A+ in my book. Well, reviews for the new shades of Recently, new shades were added to the MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot (23.00 for 0.17 oz.) was quite the mixed bag of reviews The more shimmery shades tended to perform the worst, but the more matte shades were still inconsistent with some being decent and others being much harder to work with. I find Painterly amazing as an eyeshadow primer, it helps to keep colours true to what they are in the pan and it makes them more vibrant. I don't usually wear Painterly alone like I would with Bare Study but if I am in a rush it works wonders to help conceal and cover the veins on my eyelids. MAC Bare Study Pro Longwear Paint Pot 2300 for 017 oz is a light peachy beige with warmer undertones and a pearly sheen. Painterly is a classic nude beige that has a matte finish. Im still not brave enough to forgo using an eyeshadow base thanks to my oily lids. Moving on to Painterly, this cream eyeshadow in my eyes is quite a bit different to Bare Study. I myself tend to have oily eyelids so I can sometimes struggle to keep creamy products in place for a long period of time, now with Bare Study I do have apply an eyelid primer before use (Elf eyelid primer/Too Faced Shadow Insurance work a treat) to make sure that it doesn't crease on me, that would be the only downside to this product in my eyes. A highly pigmented, long-wearing, blendable eye primer and/or cream shadow MAC Pro Longwear Paint Pot goes on creamy and dries to an intense, vibrant finish. It reflects light beautifully and is definitely one of those products that is perfect if you are in a rush and don't want to go out with completely nothing on your eyes. Lets start with Bare Study it is such a gorgeous golden beige champagne colour.
